Coiling Automat for Spring steel and Stainless steel
Khanwalkar Industries have developed Fully automatic coiling and cutting machine to produce spring washers at a speed of 150 pcs to 250 pcs per minute. Wire of the cross section rectangular, trapezoidal and square can be fed to the machine.
These machines are available in 5 different models i.e. SK-305, SK-601, SK-1014, SK-1216 and SK-1824. All sizes from 3.0 mm to 34 mm.ID.
Machines are supplied with all electricals, Wire stand , tools and operating manual.
More than 90 macjhines are in operation all over India. Special machine model for SS washer are also available .Machine trials and training are given to the customers prior to dispatch.
