In order to attain perfect quality,company always follow International Quality Standards and make sure that products meet the customer’s requirement. The manufacturing unit is well equipped with automatic
production machines, Electroplating line and all necessary testing facilities including computerized system for metallurgical analysis like grain structure, decarb and coating thickness, Salt Spray testing equipment as par ASTM: B116.
Our Infrastructure
We have all modern and sophisticated machines in our workshop in order to achieve our target production with full accuracy and quality. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is well equipped with sophisticated technology to enhance the quality of product and safety of all our employees.
- Automatic Coiling and cutting machines.
- Rotary retort furnaces and tempering furnaces with automatic process control system.
- Semi-automatic Zinc Electroplating plant equipped with digital process control systems. Zinc Trivalent and hexavalent coating facility
- Hydrogen embrittlement removal oven with digital control.
- All testing facilities as required in ISS:3063 like Rockwell hardness equipment, Hydraulic compression testing, Plating thickness measuring system and Salt spray testing (SST)unit.
